When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime after you have signed the lease.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
No notice is needed for you to move out but a week is appreciated.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, etc).
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, e-transfer, or mail a check. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card.
What are the hours of operation?
See our Contact page for the hours of operation of our office. (You can, however, access your self-storage unit and outdoor storage at any time).
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Debit, e-transfer, and cash.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we do not require any long term commitment. It is on a month-to-month basis with one month minimum.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You may bring your own lock at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have a waiting list?
Depending on demand, we may have one. If there is a waiting list, we will call you once a unit becomes available.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your unit. Once you move out, you will be refunded your security deposit if your unit has been left in a clean condition.
